We work with entrepreneurs and investors to accelerate businesses and increase shareholder value. We may become partners by providing your business with both capital and operational support. Upon successful raise and/or launch, our participation is rewarded with equity and potential advisory fees.

We are creating a leading vertically integrated cannabis portfolio consisting of top-tier licensed brands; spanning cultivation, extraction, infused-product manufacturing, dispensary operations, consulting, and other ancillary businesses. Our targets consist of savvy operators who want to launch or expand quickly. We believe these early-stage and opportunistic deals are positioned for high-growth potential.

Special Purpose Vehicles

Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) provide capital and resources to qualified deals. Each prospective target is a company that we become intimately familiar with, including having robust relationships with the management teams.  We are in regular contact with the c-suite team of every company under consideration, often providing guidance and advice. We also seek companies that are not just operating and revenue positive, but also those who are emerging and disrupting the cannabis landscape. The management teams’ operational expertise is the foundation of our investment philosophy which incorporates thorough due diligence and ongoing oversight for each business that we invest in.
