Logan Paull

Mr. Paull is a seasoned financial professional with a strong track record advising businesses through complex financial transactions. He has been involved in more than $50 million in completed transactions and is passionate about helping founders and companies navigate growth, capital formation, and strategic outcomes.

Prior to founding Hybrid Capital, Mr. Paull founded TVpartsToday, which has grown into the world’s leading DIY hub for television repair. His investment banking career developed through hands-on experience in Detroit, Las Vegas, and Miami, where he worked across roll-ups, venture capital, and early-stage technology ecosystems.

Mr. Paull is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Professional Sales. Mr. Paull is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a General Securities Representative (Series 63 and 79).
