Evans Love

Mr. Love has more than ten years of consulting and M&A investment banking experience in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Information Technology sectors, advising Buy-Side and Sell-Side clients on more than ten successful M&A and corporate finance transactions. An expert in cross border transactions, his focus is on deal origination and execution, strategic operational advising, financial modeling and analysis, and market trends research and forecasting.

Prior to founding Hybrid Capital, Mr. Love was a member of the Life Sciences and Information Technology industry practice groups at White Falcon Advisors and FOCUS Investment Banking, where he helped close deals ranging from $5MM to $50MM in transaction value.

Mr. Love serves on the Board of Directors of the Tombstone Historama Corporation where he acts as Treasurer of the historic O.K. Corral Museum and The Tombstone Epitaph newspaper. He was an Innovator-In-Residence at the Johns Hopkins Sibley Memorial Hospital Innovation Hub and a post-baccalaureate research fellow at the Krasnow Institute’s Center for the Study of Neuroeconomics at George Mason University.

Mr. Love is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a General Securities Representative (Series 7, 63, and 79). A summa cum laude graduate of Georgetown University’s Bio-Business Master’s Program, he holds dual bachelor degrees in Economics and Neuroscience from Middlebury College.
