Our approach unfolds in three clear phases. Each step is designed to build clarity, create competition, and move the deal forward.

Phase I – Preparation (5–7 Weeks)

Every strong transaction starts with deep preparation. Shortly after engagement, we host a kickoff meeting to learn your story, your strategy, and your goals. We take the time to understand what makes your business unique – and where the value drivers truly are.

During this phase, we build two core deliverables:

  • Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM): A polished, sales-focused document that tells your story with the right mix of facts and narrative. It’s what investors use to form their first impression.
  • Investor Target List: A curated group of qualified buyers and investors who make sense for your business – not just anyone with capital.

We combine your knowledge of the business with our industry data and research to form a clear game plan. This sets the stage for a focused, strategic marketing process rather than a scattered effort.

Phase II – Go to Market (9–11 Weeks)

Once the materials and target list are finalized, we launch the outreach campaign. This is where preparation meets execution.

Our team directly engages with each potential buyer under NDA, manages all communications, and coordinates management calls and meetings as interest builds. We focus on strategic buyers and private equity groups with active mandates in your space. The goal is to generate real competition and multiple letters of intent, giving you leverage and choice.

The result is a competitive environment where you can select not just the highest bid, but the best long-term fit for your company.

Phase III – Closing (7–9 Weeks)

Once a preferred buyer or investor is selected and an LOI is executed, we move into exclusive due diligence and final negotiations.

This is where many deals lose momentum. We make sure that doesn’t happen. We coordinate advisors, manage document flow, and keep the process moving until closing. Our goal is to complete the transaction in roughly six months from engagement – sometimes sooner – depending on complexity and diligence depth.
