Mr. Paull is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a General Securities Representative (Series 63 and 79). He has a passion for helping businesses navigate complex financial transactions and has been involved in over $50m of transactions. Prior to founding Hybrid Capital, Mr. Paull founded TVpartsToday which is now the world's #1 DIY hub for TV repair. His investment banking career began after spending time in Detriot, Las Vegas and Miami; engaging in roll-ups, venture capital, and the early-stage tech scenes. Mr. Paull graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and holds dual bachelor degrees in Marketing and Professional Sales.
